Welcome back 👋. As you can see, the previous website has gone and it's been replaced by a cleaner, more modern, faster and easier to maintain. As part of this refresh, I haven't carried the old content over. The old website, which was based around WordPress and Elementor, was simply too buggy and was becoming more and more difficult to maintain, even for someone who has worked with WordPress as a CMS for several years now.
Over time, my intention is to upgrade this website as I post on it. Already, I'm not sure about some of the elements I've created, or the fact that I've tried to keep things simple in terms of the codebase using simpler methods I would never dream of using on a larger project. I'll surely get fed up with these approaches and upgrade them in line with my other code at some point.
For now, what I have is a blank canvas, kind of. Where this will go over the next few months, I'm not entirely sure, but roads weren't made for destinations, am I right?
